In Småland, locally and organically produced food is cherished. We like to know where our food comes from and appreciate restaurants and cafés that work with good quality raw ingredients. We are known for our creativity which inspires us in the kitchen - but we still treasure our traditions and culinary heritage.

In Småland, green food is at the centre. Locally grown produce is preferred and you can find urban cultivations as well as farm shops.
White Guide
White Guide is the guide and driving force behind continuing development of both gastronomy and restaurant culture in the Nordics. The Swedish version has been published yearly since 2005. In 2013 White Guide Café was launched, containing the 250-300 best cafés in Sweden.
