Nature & Adventure
Isaberg Mountain Resort
Isaberg is not just a primary rock 309 metres above sea level; it is also the location of Isaberg's leisure centre. The closeness to forests and a lake as well as a wide range of activities, a holiday village and alpine ski resort, makes Isaberg a popular destination for all ages.
Isaberg offers everything for an active holiday, with most activities round the corner. Hike on the reserve’s many footpaths, paddle a canoe or kayak on Lake Algutstorpasjön, play golf, fish, cycle or find some other form of exercise and excitement. There is a fun children’s playground and, in the summer, Isaberg’s own guides take the children on treasure hunts. There is also a high-ropes course - an exciting challenge. Alternate with some relaxation by the fire in your cottage or on the terrace.
Conquer Småland's tree tops
Isaberg's Tree Top Adventure offers an adventure at a high altitude. The high rope course is a fun combination of climbing, sport and adventure where everyone can find a challenge that suits them. There are courses in three different difficulty levels and a child friendly course.
Downhill on MTB
Isaberg is like an Eldorado for mountainbikers. Choose a path depending on taste and fitness level, but for those who love speed and excitement a race down the mountain is a real adrenaline kick. If you are looking for your maxpulse we recommend the trail in reverse direction - uphill. Choose between 12 MTB-paths, pump, tracks, and technique.
2019’s major new attraction is a breathtaking 1,000 metre long rodeling track, where speed lovers can hurtle down the mountainside at pulse-raising tempo all year round.
Southern Sweden’s biggest ski resort
In the winter, Isaberg is a popular destination with its ten pistes, eight lifts and ultramodern snow canon systems. A six-person express lift speeds up the transport to the top, and there are rarely queues. The descents vary in length and difficulty. The drop is 150 metres and there are six kilometres of prepared pistes.
Playground for young and old
A military obstacle course of about 1 kilometre with 14 challenges in form of wooden and net walls, table tops, roman rings, monkey bars and balance bars. Here you challenge yourself for better strength and speed. You will need full focus, full speed, and full physical fighting spirit.
For the younger champions, there is a wonderful adventure park with exciting obstacle courses, high-rope courses and much more - fun and challenging! For parents, the biggest challenge is to bring the children home.
Adventure on water
Kayak, canoe, SUP, pedal boats or boats. Rent what suits your taste and make a tour on Nissan. Bring fishing rods and keep your fingers crossed that the fish will bite. Pack a picknick basket and take your family on a canoe trip - and don't forget life vests!
Holiday village and lodge house
Isaberg has a range of accommodation options: big and small cottages, campsite pitches and exclusive houses for 12 persons. The cottages can also be hired as hotels if required. There is a restaurant called Höganloft in the grounds with tasty menus with local character. Toppstugan is located at the top of Isaberg and is open in the winter.
