Stalpet café and waterfall

On the outskirts of Aneby, you’ll find Stalpet Café and Waterfall, an oasis of tranquility and beauty. Here, you’ll find southern Sweden’s highest waterfall, with a drop of 20 meters. Stalp is an old swedish term for cliff, which has given the ravine its name. In the café, you’ll find pastries, ice cream, waffles, coffee, and drinks. Sit down in the garden and enjoy a coffee while listening to the roar of the mighty waterfall. From the café, you can take the stairs down to the bottom of the falls to see the phenomenon from another perspective.

The café is open during the summer and hosts several events annually. One of the biggest is the Falls Day when the water is released in full force.
