For over 40 years, Elsa has lovingly and carefully created a flourishing garden – a place for peace, recovery, and inspiration. Each season offers new colours and shapes, with something always in bloom.

Today, the family welcomes visitors to this green oasis – and to the heart of the farm, the charming greenhouse café. Here, the scent of freshly baked treats fills the air, and every dish and pastry is made from scratch. Time is allowed for the process: slow-fermented buns, sourdough rolls, and homemade cakes are served alongside simple dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. Vegetables, fruit, and berries from their own gardens add flavour and character to much of what is offered.

Here, guests can enjoy a good cup of coffee in the garden’s peaceful surroundings or have a bite to eat among the blooming flower beds.
