Broqvist is known because the first Napoleon pastry was made here as a tribute to the French emperor Napoleon. The Sm\u00e5lands kringlan and the milk roll are also original recipes that are still baked today. People come from far and wide to buy home the incredibly good Sm\u00e5land pretzels and milk
