Take a bike ride through the rocky Sm\u00e5land that Vilhelm Moberg’s emigrants once left behind. It’s a 130 km long circular route with many overnight accommodations. You choose where you want to start and end, and how long daily distances you want to cycle.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n

The cycle path is mostly on gravel roads and smaller asphalt roads. It is also adapted for mountain biking on some sections. If you want to cycle around all or parts of the trail, there are adapted packages with overnight stays and food. There are many places to visit along the trail with connections to Vilhelm Moberg and the emigration. For example, Moshultam\u00e5la old school, \u00c5kerby crossroads and Ljuders church. We are also in the Kingdom of Glass and the trail passes Skrufs glassworks. There are plenty of places to cool off as many small lakes with swimming are passed.<\/p>\n

Along the trail there are two particularly picturesque places that offer cozy packages for one or more days. Korr\u00f6 is surrounded by the roaring Ronneby\u00e5n River and Grimsn\u00e4s Herrg\u00e5rd is beautifully situated amidst deciduous forest and meadows. They offer cozy accommodation, a three-course dinner, breakfast and sandwich packages for the day. You can also hike on the trail and from Korr\u00f6 you can paddle a stretch if you wish.<\/p>\n
