There are some important rules to follow if you want to move freely in Swedish nature. For example, you are allowed to camp in some places but not in others. Similarly, the rules for campfires and fishing vary depending on the location and time. To ensure that you behave correctly, it is advisable that you familiarize yourself with the rules for public access. The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency offers extensive information on its website. Here you can find out about many questions about the right of public access, such as camping, swimming, boating, vehicle use, berry picking, dog ownership, hunting, fishing and more. It is important to always follow the principle of “do not disturb and do not destroy” when you are out in nature. In this way, you help to protect and preserve the fantastic Swedish landscape for future generations.<\/p>\n
