This gravel route starts in central Jönköping. After a few kilometers on paved roads, you’ll find yourself riding on wonderful paths through pastures and rolling hills. After 12 kilometers, you reach a popular gravel section called Älgafall. The road continues through dense forests towards Mullsjö and then along crunchy gravel roads to Habo Church. On the way back to Jönköping, you get a striking view over the city and Lake Vättern. This tour is relatively easy.

After that, you’ll reach quieter roads that offer fast and exciting cycling. Along the way, you pass the beautiful village of Bunn, the “Tuscany of Småland,” with open landscapes, and Lake Landsjön – one of the most popular cycling routes in Småland. After the spectacular viewpoint at Vista Kulle, the route continues through apple orchards with an unmatched view over Lake Vättern on the way back to Jönköping. The difficulty level is relatively easy.

Pack some extra snacks in your backpack for this route, which starts right at Isaberg Golf Club. The tour takes you between Småland’s thousands of lakes and waterways toward Gnosjö, along small, winding roads with very little traffic. After Gnosjö, you continue toward Marieholms Bruk, a former iron and boat workshop. During summer, the barge runs along the Marieholm Canal between Hillerstorp and Marieholm. From there, you head north through dense, fairytale-like forests on the way back to Isaberg Golf Club. The tour is relatively easy.

This beautiful gravel loop starts in central Gränna and its picturesque surroundings. It is challenging right from the beginning and quickly leads you onto fantastic gravel roads. The loop is varied, winding through forests and meadows, and finishes along the shores of Lake Vättern with outstanding views. This is a demanding tour. Why not stop at Café 7:an, the perfect place for a break after about 28 km, where they serve Småland’s regional specialty, ostkaka (cheesecake-style dessert).

This route starts in central Vetlanda and heads into the Småland countryside for a truly challenging climb. Turn north at Ekekull and after 30 kilometres you’ll pass Mellby Church. The route continues along Lake Solgen and then heads back toward Vetlanda through farmland and dense Småland forests. After 60 kilometres you’ll reach the outskirts of Vetlanda again. A shorter version of this loop is possible by turning off at the village of Värne after 27.5 km, making the loop just over 40 km in total. This tour is relatively easy.
