Mining tours, treasure hunts, gold panning and climbing are examples of various activities offered for the whole family.
Three centuries have passed since the first miner put his pickaxe into the rock. But the feeling of adventure and excitement remains. Kleva Gruva is open to visitors during the summer months. With a map or a guidebook, you can explore the mine on your own. On request, you can also get a guided tour of the mine.
Here you can also pan for gold and go on a treasure hunt. For groups, there are activities such as barbecues, night terrors, mine battles and other exciting things.
There is a small museum in the mining area where you can look at pictures and documents from the time when the mine was in operation, as well as equipment and tools from the mine’s active period.
