Here, you will find over 40 legend locations such as troll mountains and giant rocks, sacrificial springs and water holes of water spirits, dragon treasures and troll trees, places of evil and haunted manors. A journey in Sagobygden is a trip through a landscape where mythical creatures and hidden treasures abound, but also to scenic spots, forgotten landmarks, and an opportunity to get to know people’s lives and past lifestyles. At each location, there is a storytelling cabinet with the written story. You can also explore 20 of these locations using geocaching, an exciting GPS treasure hunt where you can discover both real and imaginative tales.
