Sjöstugans Camping in Älmhult, just a stone’s throw from the IKEA Museum, is beautifully situated by Lake Möckeln. Here you’ll find practically every type of accommodation in addition to camping — a hotel, hostel, and cabins. Add to that a restaurant and a lovely sandy beach. The location is ideal — close to the town of Älmhult while still surrounded by nature. You can even rent a canoe and head out on the Helge River, which offers excellent paddling.

At the campsite you’ll find pedal cars to borrow, mini golf, sheep that children can feed, and a small train that takes visitors to the picturesque wooden town of Eksjö in just a few minutes. The on-site restaurant serves simple lunches, coffee, and ice cream.

Tingsryd Resort is a well-maintained, four-star campsite situated on the shores of Lake Tiken, with a lovely sandy beach and just a short distance from the town of Tingsryd. Open all year round. The resort also features a relaxing wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. It’s close to Lake Åsnen and the national park, but Tiken itself also offers excellent opportunities for fishing and canoeing.
