The Edible Country, the concept where we transform nature into a do-it-yourself restaurant. Here, guests have the opportunity to create their own meal experiences with inspiring recipes created by four Michelin chefs. With local ingredients that can be found in the Swedish nature, you prepare a natural, sustainable and delicious meal. Anyone who wants can also get help from a local guide, be provided with a ready-made basket of ingredients or have the food prepared and served. The concept has now also been expanded with drinking experiences in an outdoor bar, The Drinkable Country. Just like the meal concept, the idea is that guests can create their own drinking experiences with recipes developed by some of Sweden’s leading beverage experts and only ready-made local drinks and ingredients from the surrounding area are used.
