Jönköping countys largest wetlands
Along the boardwalk paths, there’s a fantastic walk in one of southern Sweden’s last wilderness regions. There are trails for wheelchair and stroller users. Dumme Mosse is part of one of the county’s largest and most diverse bog areas, with several wetland types, an ambiance of nature, and raised bogs. Here, you can observe large, barren bogs of all kinds, sparsely wooded fens, open pastures, and swamp forests. If you want to observe birds, there is a bird tower at Tranbo in the northern part of the reserve.
