From Marieholm to Hillerstorp it is about 10 km of paddling on the Marieholm Canal via the lakes Mosjön and Flaten. Here you can count on a half-day of paddling the entire stretch at a leisurely pace, including stops. From Flaten by the village of Uppebo, you can explore the Storån upstream or make your way further into Hillerstorp, where the canal merges into the Storån again. There, the adventurous can bring a tent and provisions and explore the surroundings for several days. If you continue here, you will eventually come to Bolmen and then you can continue via Laganleden down to the outlet in Laholmsbukten. Of course you can paddle back and forth or just part of the distance but the possibilities are endless.
