Norra Sigfridsleden

Norra Sigfridsleden is a pilgrimage route built by the Church of Sweden The trail stretches from Fiskebäck’s chapel in the north (Habo municipality) to Sofia Church in central Jönköping. The trail passes many sights. The trail starts at Fiskebäck’s chapel which dates from the 1780s. The trail goes furthest along Lake Vättern and in many places it glimpses and gives nice views. You will pass Domsand a very nice bathing place in the summer. From Domsand the trail continues towards Bankeryd and Vidablick, YMCA’s course yard, from Vidablick the trail goes to Lillåleden and you follow it a bit to Attarpsdammen in central Bankeryd. You walk past Församlingsgården and through Bankeryd’s center. Passes Attarpsbadet, feel free to stop and take a bath in the tempered outdoor pool.
