Mix nature and industrial history when you take a stroll on the town-nearby Tabergs-å trail. The stroll leads you along lively greenery and babbling waters along the river Tabergsån. You wander along winding tracks and come across remnants from the cradle of industry along the way.
The 18 km long trail stretches between Månsarp station and Jordbron at Munksjön in Jönköping. You can walk the entire trail or parts of it. It is convenient to access by public transportation and local lodging. It is not hard to walk, though partially uphill. There is a 143-meter drop in altitude between the start of the trail at Vederydssjön and the end point at Munksjön. The trail is easy enough to follow by referring to the green markings on posts and trees.
