Töllstorps industrimuseum

It is a living museum where the water wheels still turn, just like in the old days. At Töllstorp’s industrial museum, wire drawing and the manufacture of pot ears, whisks, mousetraps, bridles, hairpins, safety pins, cake tins, rakes, sieves and hen glasses are shown. There are, among other things, two mills, a smithy and Gnosjö’s first automatic machine manufactured in 1881. At first, the thread was pulled with the help of horse treks, but around the year 1750 they started pulling thread with the help of water power. During the guide, you walk a loop that is mostly a gravel path.
