Store Mosse is one of the country’s largest, basically untouched, bogs south of Lapland. There are more than 50 km of hiking trails here on paths and trails. Walking on the bog can give a sense of the northern wilderness, where forests alternate with open marshland with windswept pines. All trails are well signposted and there are plenty of rest areas where you can grill and take a break.
