Competitions

The following conditions apply:

1. Organizer: The organizer of the competition is Visit Småland.

2. Participation: Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over. Employees of Visit Småland and their relatives are not eligible to participate.

3. Prizes and competition period:
The prize is admission to Astrid Lindgren’s World for two adults and two children, as well as one night’s accommodation in a cabin in the Little Town next to Astrid Lindgren’s World.

Competition period: 25 August 2025 to 8 September 2025, ending at 10:00 am.

4. How to participate: Like the post, comment on who you would like to bring with you, and repost the post. Your account must be public so that we can see the repost.

5. Winner selection and notification:
The winners will be selected by random draw from all participants after the end of the competition period. They will then be contacted in the comments under the competition post or, if possible, via direct message, and asked to send their contact details (name, email and address) to Visit Småland via direct message.
The reply must be received within 48 hours. If the contact details are not provided within this period, the right to the prize will be forfeited. If a prize notification cannot be delivered, Visit Småland is not obliged to investigate further; in this case, there is no entitlement to the prize.

6. Prize delivery: After receiving the contact details, Visit Småland by Astrid Lindgrens World will promptly send the above-mentioned prize to the specified postal address.

7. Exclusion of participants:
Visit Småland reserves the right to exclude participants without giving reasons if they provide false or incomplete information, use unauthorized aids, are suspected of manipulation, or otherwise violate the terms of participation.
If grounds for exclusion exist, the prize can be revoked retroactively or an already delivered prize reclaimed. Visit Småland may ask participants suspected of grounds for exclusion to provide a statement. If no statement is provided within the period set by Visit Småland, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the competition.

8. No prize delivery:
If delivery of the prize is not possible (e.g., because the right to the prize has lapsed under these terms and conditions or the winner does not accept the prize), Visit Småland may, at its discretion, decide what to do with the prize (e.g., award it to other non-winning participants in accordance with these terms).

9. Data protection:
Please refer to the separate Visit Småland data protection notice.

10. Disclaimer:
Visit Småland accepts no responsibility for data losses, particularly those occurring during data transmission, technical defects, or lost, damaged, or delayed entries due to network, hardware, or software problems. Any warranty claims by the winners are excluded.

11. Modification or cancellation of the competition:
Visit Småland reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In particular, Visit Småland is entitled to terminate, cancel, or suspend the competition if:

🔵 an attempted abuse through manipulation is detected,

🔵 proper execution can no longer be ensured, especially in the event of hardware or software failure, program errors, computer viruses, or unauthorized third-party interventions, as well as mechanical, technical, or legal problems.

12. Invalidity of individual clauses:
If any clause of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.

13. Transfer, cash payment, legal recourse:
Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any claims to the prize are non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.

This competition is in no way connected to Meta, Intagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Meta, Instagram.
