Our amazing islands🌊 There is truly something special about being surrounded by water. In Småland, there are many islands to visit – especially in the archipelago, but also larger islands such as Bolmsö, @visitvisingso , and of course the island of @oland_se off Småland’s eastern coast. Welcome to discover Öland and the islands of Småland🫶

February❄⛷
The last winter month of the season

February❄⛷
The last winter month of the season is here. In February, the days grow brighter, and we encourage you to enjoy semlor, fresh air, and have fun on the ski slopes.

February is still winter in Småland and on Öland, with cold days and frosty nights. Daytime temperatures usually range from -2 to 4 °C, while nights are even colder. Snowfall is common, and the landscape is often beautifully covered in white, making it perfect for winter activities outside.

January🌨️⛷️
Welcome the New Year with outdoor activities. Go cross-country skiing, visit a moose park, or why not enjoy a meal at a barbecue area?

In January, the weather in Småland and on Öland is typically cold and crisp, with daytime temperatures often between –5 and 3 °C and even colder nights. Snowfall is common, especially in the inland in Småland. The days are short but can still offer clear, bright winter sun.
