Welcome to a unique drinking experience under the oaks right next to the sparkling Kalmar Sound! A short distance from the inn you will find our outdoor bar on scenic and historic land. Here right by the sea, under one of the most beautiful oaks, among windswept junipers and flowering sloe bushes, and with the sky as a roof, you can sip on something refreshing and enjoy the flavors of Småland. Accompanied by the sea breeze, the song of the seabirds and the rustling of the reeds. – Booking of The Drinkable Country is possible between May and September 2021 for 2-12 people and it is booked by one party at a time.

Welcome to book a unique drinking experience in our nature! In the concept The Drinkable Country you are invited to visit a forest bar. Asa Herrgård always works with the forest as inspiration and pantry. The drinking experience fits well into Asa’s quiet forests and the babbling of the stream. Here, lingonberries, blueberries and spruce shoots are natural flavors. You pick up your drinking kit at the manor and after the experience you will hopefully have increased your knowledge of Swedish nature and its ingredients and learned more about how nature’s pantry can be turned into exciting drinking experiences.
