In this picturesque town, there are now a dozen polkagris workshops, with several of them open year-round. Here, you can try your hand at baking the traditional confectionery yourself or buy some to take home, with a wide variety of flavours and shapes to choose from! In addition to polkagrisar, crispbread and ice cream are also produced here.
